Project management comes in two forms:   

Engineering project management:  

Where the customer has a good understanding of their requirements and liaises directly with the project engineer.   

OR  

Project Co-ordination:  

Where a project co-ordinator is allocated to be the interface between our customer and the project engineer, acting as a translator to the technical information and helping transform your wish list in to a working solution.  

A Project co-ordinator will, if required, liaise with your chosen voice carrier, electrician, or building contractors.

Effective Management is essential to ensure smooth install, upgrade, relocation or expansion of your voice platform.
